I live, work, and thrive in the Columbus, Ohio neighborhood of Clintonville. I have always believed in living life with as much joy, color, and connection as I possibly can.

Through my years of birthing and raising my two children, I’ve developed a passion for birthwork, specifically supporting new parents in their post-partum period. I believe every part of us deserves to be honored and whole. Women and babies are undervalued in our culture and I would like to engage in realigning this. I want to help the birthing parent and the baby have the best immune system, hormonal response, and mental health support they can have right from the start.
